This custom 2 day course will cover:

  • Pistol fundamentals
  • Blade use
  • Integrated combatives
  • Carbine set up
  • Positional shooting
  • Medium range shooting
  • Timed rifle drills 
  • Brief NVG overview


This is primarily a pistol/ carbine and combative course. At the end of day one, there will be a class and practical on NVG use, the latest NVG's, lasers and thermals and how to maximize their effectiveness. Bring NVG's, lasers and thermal if you have them, but you do not need your own NVG's for this course.

This is a physically demanding course that requires a baseline of fitness to participate.




Student Gear List: 

  1. Full size or compact pistol (please no subcompacts).
  2. All kydex inside the waistband holster from a reputable manufacturer (I recommend the blackpointtactical.com FO3 holster).
  3. 3-4 standard capacity pistol magazines.
  4. AR-15 style rifle with sling (if you really want to run something else let me know and we can discuss).
  5. 4-5 rifle magazines.
  6. 400 pistol rounds and 500 rifle rounds.
  7. Method of carrying rifle mags.  Can be a chest rig, plate carrier, battle belt or both. 
  8. Sirt pistol and or Blue gun shape and training blades (AmtacBlades.com, HeadHunterblades.com, Sayoc or Atienza).
  9. Eye protection/ hearing protection.
  10. Have the ability to run FRS/ MURS freqs with your comms headset (recommended not mandatory).
  11. Loose fitting pants/ shirt/ hat/ gloves/ warmies/ rain gear and knee pads are optional.
  12. Blow out kit and tourniquet.
  13. Water/ snacks/ Coffee.
  14. Spare parts for rifle/ pistol.  Spare batteries for optics/ flashlight.
